Carrie has been a licensed salesperson since 2010. Prior to becoming licensed, she worked as a purchasing agent in her family business. It was her own personal experience with selling a home that inspired her to enter the world of real estate. Carrie was a strong negotiator, organized and results driven in her family business, and these skills have served her well in real estate. Carrie prides herself on the results she delivers every day to her residential clients, both buyers and sellers. She also specializes in managing and selling REO, or bank owned properties, in short sales and foreclosures; this again is a testament not only to her ability to negotiate and deliver results, but also to her ability to adapt to a changing marketplace, identify the need, and then fill it. Carrie has three siblings, all brothers, and she believes this has played a big part in her approach to business – “If they can do it, I can do it.” She is customer centric, always focusing her attention on the best interests of her clients, not her own. Outside of real estate, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, including her two adult daughters, relaxing at the beach, or taking a long bike ride (30+ miles!).
